Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every RA AURUM order is carefully prepared and packed to help it reach you fresh and in the best possible condition.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after full payment is confirmed.

• Bengaluru: Prepared for dispatch or delivery within 24 - 48 hours.
• Outside Bengaluru: Dispatched within 24 - 48 hours and generally delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: Delivered within approximately 2 - 4 business days after dispatch, where available. Additional charges apply.
• Customised or made-to-order products: Timelines will be confirmed separately. Timelines vary as per order qty/weight, and the same will be communicated after order placement. May vary between ( Small customisations) and (bulk orders)

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Express delivery reduces transit time but not product-preparation time.

We deliver within Bengaluru and to serviceable PIN codes in:

• Major cities across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Maharashtra
• Delhi
• Gurgaon (Gurugram)
• Lucknow
• Chandigarh
• Bhopal
• Indore

Delivery is subject to courier availability at the destination PIN code. If we cannot service a confirmed order, the customer will be informed and the payment refunded.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and selected delivery service. The applicable amount will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment.

Bulk and Festive Orders

Orders weighing more than 10 kg must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Preparation and delivery timelines will depend on the quantity, product selection, packaging and destination. Additional shipping and handling charges apply.

During festivals and other high-demand periods, processing may take longer. Order cut-off dates and revised timelines will be communicated in advance.

Tracking and Receiving Your Order

Tracking details will be shared by email or mobile once the order is dispatched, wherever tracking is available.

Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable telephone number. Additional charges may apply for redelivery caused by incorrect information, refusal to accept the order or recipient unavailability.

As our confections may be sensitive to heat, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package. Bring it indoors immediately and store it in a cool, dry place. When temperatures exceed 35°C, refrigerate the products or follow the storage instructions provided on the packaging.

RA AURUM cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by delayed collection, exposure to heat or incorrect storage after delivery.

Delays and Damaged Orders

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A delay will not qualify for a refund if the products arrive in good, consumable condition. If an order arrives severely damaged or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
